La nostra composta è senza pectina e con soli zuccheri aggiunti della frutta.
È realizzata con 2 soli ingredienti: mirtilli e zucchero d'uva. Perché la natura non ha bisogno di zuccheri raffinati, né di pectina. I mirtilli vengono raccolti in stato avanzato di maturazione, quando contengono naturalmente più zuccheri, e il rapporto fra materia prima e composta è sempre a favore della prima: vengono utilizzati 120 g di mirtilli ogni 100 g di composta.
Appena aperto un vasetto sarete avvolti da un profumo avvolgente di frutta matura. Il gusto è quello autentico delle materie prime utilizzate, raccolte in uno stadio avanzato di maturazione e cotte lentamente a bassa temperatura. In questo modo la composta è naturalmente dolce e gustosa.
