Autentico Rigatone artigianale preparato con grano duro selezionato e dall'alto valore proteico del 13% , grazie alla nostra arte pastificatoria innamorati della nostra pasta Tradizionale "LaGranum".
Pastifichiamo ad un altitudine di 700m. s.l.m. entro 72 ore dalla molitura del grano duro per ottenere la semola, questo per garantire tutte le proprietà organolettiche ed i profumi dei nostri pregiati grani italiani. La semola viene miscelata con acqua di montagna e poi trafilata al bronzo. La fase di essiccazione lenta, a bassa temperatura in modo statico 12/36 crea una pasta ruvida e porosa come vuole la tradizione italiana, in grado di garantirti le migliori performance di cottura.
