Un opera d'arte creata da grano duro selezionato con un alto valore proteico del 13% e dalla nostra arte pastificatoria, così prendono vita i nostri Gigli Tradizionale "LaGranum".
Pastifichiamo ad un altitudine di 700m. s.l.m. entro 72 ore dalla molitura del grano duro per ottenere la semola, questo per garantire tutte le proprietà organolettiche ed i profumi dei nostri pregiati grani italiani. La semola è miscelata con acqua di montagna e trafilata al bronzo, la fase di essiccazione avviene a bassa temperatura ed in modo statico per 12/36 ore (in base al formato), il risultato è una pasta ruvida e porosa come vuole la tradizione italiana e in grado di garantire le migliori performance di cottura.
