La semola integrale bio Senatore Cappelli è ideale per la preparazione di pane, pizza, focaccia, pasta fresca, snack salati e di tutti i prodotti da forno non dolci, ai quali conferirà l'amabile retrogusto di una fetta di pane cotta a legna. Provala anche per impanare le fritture.
Preparazione:
È consigliabile associarla a lievito madre oppure a lievito naturale e sottoporla a tempi di lievitazione più lunghi rispetto ai tempi normali. Si consiglia anche di impastarla con acqua tiepida e, ovviamente, di evitare il contatto tra la parte lievitante ed il sale durante la preparazione di prodotti come pane, pizza, focaccia. Mantiene ottime performance anche se viene miscelata con altre farine o semole, purché siano di antiche varietà.
